We are a small, private Christian school in Coatesville, PA (35-40 minutes east of Lancaster city). One of our biggest fundraisers is our annual Christmas craft show, which is held on our campus within the main building. Our fundraisers help us to offset the operating costs and keep our tuition affordable to all. Cost of space: $25 for 1 day for an 8 x 10 space (reduced from last year!) - or - $30 for 1 day for an 8 x 10 corner space (limited amount.) Cost to rent a table: $5 each. Cost for electricity: Free, but must be noted on the registration form so we can assign you a space near an outlet.
Food: There will be a concession stand selling food such as chicken corn soup and baked goods. Crafters will receive free concession coupons during the show as a “Thank you” from VCS.
Important: There will be a limit of 2 per type of craft or 1 per business name (not business type), so please apply as soon as possible! Any merchandise types not listed on the form will not be permitted. Also, any products not representative of a Christian environment will not be permitted. No smoking is permitted on school grounds. No selling or use of tobacco, alcohol or illegal drugs will be permitted.
Advertising for this event will be done in local newspapers, signs along local roads/intersections, and flyers will be posted locally and in neighboring towns.
Set-up times: Friday from 1PM to 3PM and Saturday 7AM to 9AM.
