3/24/07 - Chicora VFD Spring Craft Show. We had the pleasure of
meeting Sharon and seeing some of her wonderful custom designed
candle holders. We found her candles to be very unique, especially
since they will last forever. The exterior of the candle is a
permanent gel and you set a votive candle inside the larger candle.
The votive lights the whole jar and all you have to do is replace
the votive. You can even use those battery-operated votives!
Sharon's designs are just beautiful and she has a large variety, so
you can find just about anything for any occasion. We purchased a
candle for our new granddaughter who is due in August this year.
Perfect for the baby's room or for a baby shower gift. See photos -

Volant is a fun place to visit - you just
never know what you might see. On our visit on Saturday,
October 21, 2006 we had the pleasure of seeing several antique
cars. These are from a Model T Club group who were also
visiting Volant. The cars were in the parking lot and we
couldn't resist taking a picture! |
